You're appointments are very important to us here at Neon Heart Barbershop, they are reserved specifically for you! Though we understand, things happen, schedules change, and adjustments are unavoidable, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Please understand that when you miss or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and guests walking in and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed at least 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Cancellations + Missed Appointments
Neon Heart reserves the right to require a valid credit card be on file for every guest to book an appointment. Late cancellations (within the required 48 hour window for notification) will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service and missed appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service/ hourly rate of appointment blocked on Neon Heart's books.
Same Day Appointments
For guests reserving same day appointments, we request that you give the shop 2 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the same day scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
At Neon Heart, our goal is to service you at your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy, appointments are given a 15 minute grace period to begin. Beyond that grace period, we cannot guarantee that your service can be accommodated, however, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you anticipate a late arrival we ask that you please call the barbershop in advance so that we may modify your appointment time.
Exchanges + Refunds
Neon Heart does not offer refunds on services. If a service goes unexpectedly, we will make our best effort to redo the service and allow guests to reschedule their original appointment within 7 days of their scheduled original service. The redo service must take place within the following 7 days of the original service. Any service provided outside of the following 7 days of the original service is considered a "new" service and will be expected to be paid in full. *Please see our Redo Policy for more information*
If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase, in-store credit is available 14 days after original purchase. Brushes, combs, accessories, apparel and sale items are final sale.
Redo Policy
We stand by and guarantee each and every one of our custom services provided at Neon Heart. If you are unsatisfied with your service we ask that you consult with your service provider or Neon Heart management so that we may, together, find a solution. Redos will be honored if Neon Heart is contacted within 7 days of original service.
Confirmation Texts and Emails.
As a courtesy to you, we will text, call and/or email you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date and time. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and to avoid the cancellation fee.
Clients Receive Discounts When Barbershop Cancels.
Neon Heart Barbershop stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor a cancellation policy for our guests, if for any reason the shop or barber has to cancel on a guest less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor 10% off your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as; power outage, illness, weather, unfortunate incidence, etc. that requires the entire shop to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your appointment, the discount will not apply.
Neon Heart is a drug free barbershop. We reserve the right to terminate your appointment/service at any point, (before, during or after the service) if you show up to the shop intoxicated, or we suspect you are purchasing or distributing drugs on or near shop property.
